Whysound Records LLC is dedicated to providing a positive experience at all our events for everyone, regardless of race, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, physical ability, physical appearance, body size, age, religion, martial or veteran status, or any other vector of identity. 

Our venue is intended to be a safe space for gathering and celebrating live music together as a community, and all who attend are expected to share in our commitment to create brave, inclusive, curious spaces for all. This is a space where we collectively agree to come together, have new experiences, explore new ideas, and support one another. 

By coming to our venue, you are in agreement that you will follow these regulations to create a safe and inviting space. We ask that you join us in striving for these norms; please let any staff, volunteers, or appropriate parties know if you have concerns, incidents, or experiences that contrast with these values and practices.

Whysound Records is a private recording studio that hosts curated concerts in downtown Logan,UT. Whysound strives to raise the vibration of all who enters into our space. Built by artists for artists, our space is sacred to us. We value and search for people who also share that sentiment to join us in our mission of unity in the greater Utah community. We are a place built for celebrating music and cultures of all kinds, a place to work on mastering your craft, to decorate time itself while exploring new ideas with likeminded individuals. A places that fosters peer-hood and connection with people of all different backgrounds. A place that looks to challenge you to be or grow to be the best version of yourself. A third space that’s not a bar or a church. A place that welcomes all cultures, all walks of life, all forms of art and healthy forms of expression. 

We encourage you to join us in our mission of finding common ground, unity, respect, love, and peace on our portion of this planet together downtown through celebrating music with us and asking critical questions like “Why?”

Whysound Venue POLICY:

- No illegal activity of any kind. 

- No outside food or beverages

- No drugs or alcohol. Respect the inclusive and safe all ages dry environment focused on music. 

- No smoking inside the venue.

- No pets. 

- No weapons of any kind. 

- No glass of any kind.

- No fighting. 

- No small children allowed, unless given proper ear protection and supervision by a legal guardian. 

- Whysound Records LLC is not held liable or responsible for lost or stolen items. 

-Security reserves the right to check any bags, perform pat down checks, refuse and or revoke entry at their discretion. 

- You will be refused or revoked entry for: arriving visually intoxicated, illegal substances use and possession, fighting or any act of threats or violence, hate speech, disturbing guests, hygiene, non compliant behavior, predatory and discriminatory behavior. 

- Whysound reserves the right to have onsite 24hr security camera footage and by attending you are agreeing to be on record.

- Whysound Records is a private recording studio, not a public community recreation center, please respect the space. 

- See something say something, report all concerns to security/staff.

How We Handle Your Concerns

At our venue, we’re committed to creating a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. If you have a concern, complaint, or suggestion, we want to hear from you.

How to Share a Concern

You can let us know about any issue by:

  • Speaking with a staff member on-site

  • Sending us an email or filling out an anonymous online form

  • Direct Messaging us on social media

All feedback is welcome, whether it’s about customer service, safety, staff conduct, or general suggestions.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your concern:

  1. Our team will review your concern and may seek additional information from anyone involved or witnesses.

  2. We will adjust our safety plan and or forward information to an appropriate organization (CAPSA, Logan Police, or Community Assistance Program)

  3. If you share your contact information we will follow up with you and share changes and or actions Whysound will take such as;

  • Revision or updates to Whysound policys or procedures

  • Warning or banning potentially harmful individuals from Whysound events

  • Provide additional training to Whysound staff, patrons, performing artist

Your View Matters

  • All concerns are handled confidentially and respectfully

  • Anonymous feedback is accepted and investigated when possible

  • No retaliation will ever occur for raising a concern
